This is a shot of the painted cliffs in Petrified Forest National Park, taken with an ordinary point-and-shoot 35mm camera, while on our drive to a California vacation with Erin and Meghan in 1978.

Chalet Above Frozen Falls

Erin at the Boston Public Gardens

This is a point-and-shoot snapshot of our daughter Erin stopping to smell the flowers on Easter Sunday, 1973, as we walked through the Boston Public Gardens. We were living in Natick, Massachusetts at the time.

Winter Street Scene

This was the scene in Maplewood, New Jersey, photographed during an early lull in the blizzard of 2010 that crippled the northeast coast in earlier this month. Later in the day and through the night, a nor’easter dumped an additional ten inches of snow on the area.
